It's great for new moms to gain strength and get their confidence back. You will work with a coach, trained and certified in pregnancy and postpartum coaching to easy you back into fitness safely. We focus on building strength and fitness while keeping our pelvic floor in mind.
You'll share this experience with moms and babies that are currently going through the same stage as you and your little one!
Mental health is a huge part in postpartum recovery. This is one hour of your day where you get to focus on yourself!
In this 12-week prgram, you will see an improvement in fitness, health (pelvic floor) and overall wellbeing.
