Our CrossFit class is a 1-hour session led by a certified CrossFit trainer. We use constantly varied functional movements performed at a relative high intensity to move you towards your goals.
This class is opened to members with limited or unlimited memberships.

Our Athletic Development Program is offered to help athletes perform their best in their sport(s). We introduce the basics of functional movements in training along with speed, strength and agility training. The program is geared to ages 11-17. There are two time options; the after school time slot as well as the evening slot. We love to show our love for fitness to these young athletes!
